This March, surrounded by the blue Caribbean sea and white sandy beaches in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Maria + Arthur promised forever. This sweet couple traveled from Oxfordshire, UK to elope in the most beautiful place.
On a Thursday afternoon, they were escorted by the lovely staff at Excellence Punta Cana down to the tropical gazebo, thatched in palms, where they would have their ceremony. Tears were shed as they shared intimate vows, and they couldn’t contain their excitement as they exchanged rings. After the official “I do!” and signing of the marriage certificate, they celebrated with a glass of champagne, before walking along the beach and captured more beautiful portraits. I left these lovebirds to soak in the ocean + finish their champagne, and snapped the last photo of them steal some more kisses.
It was truly a stunning place to elope! I’m so honored that our worlds collided and I got to capture this truly special day for Maria + Arthur, who were just the sweetest souls. Wishing them a lifetime of joy and happiness.
